1 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:

• "Platform" means the l8888 website, mobile site, and all associated services accessible at l8888.io and any subdomains thereof.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the l8888 platform.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an Account or is otherwise accessing the l8888 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's l8888 Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account by l8888 under a specific promotion.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer games, slot titles, crash games, card games, and any other gaming products available through the Platform.
• "Sportsbook" means the sports betting service available on the Platform, including markets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used for all financial transactions on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a Player may withdraw funds.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the l8888 platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any Game or service offered by l8888, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and must be read together with these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional terms published by l8888, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence solely in respect of that promotion.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to and use of the l8888 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. l8888 does not permit access by persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not open Player Accounts.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement — whether requested through l8888 directly or through any third-party responsible gaming programme — that currently restricts your access to online gambling services.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of any employee of l8888 or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, game providers, or payment partners.

l8888 reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any point. Any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities where required. l8888 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and operates robust age verification procedures accordingly.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of l8888 services — including depositing funds, placing bets, and withdrawing winnings — you must register a Player Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

• Each Player may hold only one Account on the l8888 platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You must not use false names, fictitious addresses, or another person's identity or contact details.
• You must provide a valid email address and mobile number that you own and control. These will be used for Account verification, transaction notifications, and security communications.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all personal details on your Account remain current. Outdated information must be updated promptly by contacting l8888 support at [email protected].
• l8888 reserves the right to refuse any Account registration at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

As part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process, l8888 may at any point — and particularly before processing a first withdrawal — require you to submit proof of identity (such as a national ID card or passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your l8888 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. l8888 strongly recommends the following security practices:

• Use a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or agents claiming to act on your behalf.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Contact l8888 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

l8888 will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. All transactions made through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — will be treated as valid unless you have notified l8888 of a security breach prior to those transactions being processed.

6 Deposits & Payments

l8888 accepts deposits from Players in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are credited to a Player's Account Balance in BDT. No currency conversion is applied, and l8888 does not charge fees on standard deposits made via the listed mobile financial services.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method used and the Player's Account tier. Current limits are displayed within the Deposit section of the Account dashboard.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account or card that is registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits are credited to the Account Balance instantly for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay transactions under normal operating conditions. Delays attributable to the payment provider's own network are outside l8888's control.
• l8888 reserves the right to decline any deposit transaction that it reasonably suspects to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

By making a deposit on l8888, you confirm that all funds deposited are your own, that they have been obtained through lawful means, and that you are not using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.

7 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their real-money Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• Verified Accounts can expect withdrawal processing within 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Processing times for larger amounts or during high-traffic periods may be extended.
• Any Bonus Funds in a Player's Account must satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement before the associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• l8888 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal it deems to require further scrutiny, including but not limited to large withdrawals, irregular betting patterns, or first withdrawals from newly registered Accounts.

Withdrawal requests that are declined due to incomplete verification will be held in a pending state until the required documentation is submitted and approved. l8888 will not be liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete KYC documentation or errors in payment details provided by the Player.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

l8888 offers various bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. General principles applicable to all l8888 bonuses include the following:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have a verified Account in good standing and who satisfy the specific eligibility criteria of the promotion.
• Unless otherwise stated, each bonus may be claimed only once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement, which will be stated clearly in the promotional terms. Bonus winnings may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met.
• l8888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time and without prior notice, including where it reasonably believes a bonus is being abused or exploited.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing offsetting bets to reduce wagering risk on bonus funds, or using automated tools — will result in forfeiture of all bonus amounts and may result in permanent Account closure.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the withdrawal process following satisfaction of applicable Wagering Requirements.

9 Game Rules & Fairness

All Games available on the l8888 platform — including slots, live dealer games, card games, crash games, and sports betting markets — are operated using certified software and hardware supplied by independently audited game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The following principles govern gameplay on l8888:

• Random Number Generator (RNG) games use certified RNG software to determine game outcomes. Outcomes are statistically independent, unbiased, and cannot be influenced by l8888 or the Player.
• Live dealer games use physical dealing equipment operated by trained croupiers in real-time studio environments. Game outcomes are determined by physical processes and are not subject to electronic manipulation.
• Sports betting odds are set by independent data feeds and trading systems. l8888 does not manipulate in-play markets or post-event outcomes.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on the l8888 platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening more than one Account, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or stolen personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Colluding with other Players in any Game, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotional offers.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform or any Game in a manner that confers an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or pricing anomalies in sports betting markets for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to charge back a deposit via a bank or payment provider after wagering the corresponding funds on the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing l8888 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the l8888 platform — including but not limited to the l8888 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, data, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of l8888 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of l8888.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, l8888 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses resulting from network interruptions, server downtime, or third-party payment provider failures beyond l8888's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain adequate Account security, including losses resulting from unauthorised access due to compromised credentials.
• Decisions made by the Player regarding wager amounts, game selection, or betting strategy.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, however arising, even if l8888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit l8888's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. l8888 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the fitness of any Game for a particular purpose beyond what is expressly stated in these Terms.

13 Responsible Gaming

l8888 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling among all Players in Bangladesh. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings panel. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time-based alerts that notify them when a specified duration of continuous play has been reached.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding Players of the total time and amount wagered during the current session.

14 Account Suspension & Closure

l8888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Account is being used in connection with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• The Account holder has provided false registration information or has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• The Account holder is under the age of 21.
• Continuation of the Account would expose l8888 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons attributable to a breach by the Player, l8888 may forfeit the Account Balance, including any pending withdrawals, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where an Account is closed for operational or commercial reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

15 Amendments to These Terms

l8888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a proposed amendment materially affects a Player's rights or obligations, l8888 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of the change by posting a notice on the Platform or communicating directly with affected Players via their registered email address.

The revised Terms will become effective from the date specified in the published notice or, where no date is specified, from the date on which they are posted. Your continued use of the l8888 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request closure of your Account.

The date at the top of these Terms ("Last updated") reflects the most recent revision. Players are encouraged to review these Terms regularly to remain informed of the current rules governing their use of l8888.
